Do I need to buy several copies of each scheme of work, so that all colleagues have their own copy?
No, you only need to buy one copy of each scheme for your school or institution. Each scheme comes with its own site licence so that the CD-ROM can be copied on to the staff shared area and accessed by all colleagues. This also allows all colleagues in the school to copy the CD onto laptops or mobile devices, in order to assist with lesson planning at home.
Any lesson plans, parcels or PowerPoints can be printed out from the CD-ROM and used by colleagues within the institution.
However, if a colleague moves on to another school that does not hold a copy of the scheme of work, the site licence does not apply. If this colleague wished to continue using the scheme of work, the scheme would need to be purchased by the new school.
